Recipe: Good Morning Sunshine Smoothie

Start your day like you’re on a tropical vacation. This smoothie is so tasty and easy to make that you may want more for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Vitamin C, potassium, calcium – what’s not to love?!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup tropical medley frozen fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple, etc.)

1 ripe banana

1/4 cup pineapple orange juice

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.

2. Serve immediately.
